I had great time swimming

Iast night I had meatballs and pasta for dinner and today I had Jacket potatoes with cheese and coleslaw for lunch and cake with coconut on it

I had meatballs tonight, from M&S with courgette strips & a bit of Parmesan cheese

Sounds nice, our chippy has closed down now but I used to enjoy the occasional bit of cod on Fridays with most of the batter removed apart from the tail end it didn’t affect my blood sugar much. Lashed with vinegar of course

I had a Tesco finest Burger with a cheese melt & gherkins - no bun & a Caesar salad on the side & 2 squares of 90% chocolate

I’ve just been to a Turkish restaurant. I had lamb kebab with Turkish yoghurt. Then I pinched a bit of my husbands baklava and my mums tiramisu.
