Dear all , I've undergone Bypass surgery ( July 21 2015 ) , and Renal transplant ( Dec.03 2015 ) . Before the transplant i could control my blood sugar with diet and exercise . But , after the transplant due to Tacrolimus and Wysolone i am struggling to control my blood sugar . I am on Janumet 50/500 X twice , Metformin 500 X 1 ( afternoon ) and Lantus 12 units X once at bedtime .
Can anyone guide me and help me ?

Your Medical team are the one to help you When I had my gall bladder removed My Diabetes Doctor was present and she visited me sometimes twice a day whilst I was in Hospital and she instructed the Nurses how to adjust my medication to keep my blood sugar under control and when left Hospital my control was better than when I went in. also saw me once a week for a while.
