High levels

My daughter who is 10 was diagnosed with type 1 in October and oh what a journey it has been.
I just can't get her regulated,I have cut down her sugar and am monitoring her levels,and she came home from school today at 24.8.
We have changed injection sites,checked pens and changed files but nothing will take her down.
I am at the end of my tether and just am stuck for ideas.

Does anyone have any advice for me please
