I know that higher fat doesn't mean soaking everything in fats/oils but wondered if it has any affect on those with gallbladder problems or those who have had a gallbladder removal. Anyone know if it causes problems?

I parted with my gall bladder years ago Angie, and so far no problems at all. Obviously my GP is fully aware of the entire story, including my low carb high fat diet, the only thing he has asked for is a urine sample to check I am don't have excess protein in there, nothing said about lack of gall bladder and fat, so I am happy to carry on. I don't feel there is a problem, within myself, I feel the best I have in well over a decade. So who knows, but for me, no, no problems.
