hi everyone,
felt tired this morning so got up late (11.15) and still felt tired so took my sugers before my breakfast and was 14.4 mmol/l :shock: i have not eaten or drank anything i don't normally the night before i am lower carbing.
maybe just an off day so only had one small slice of wholemeal toasted with olive spread and will keep an eye on my blood sugers..... :)

People who are touchy.......feign indignation at the slightest thing. Hypocrites, bullies and cowards.
Probably DP or just a plain old 'liver dump.' I get elevated Bg levels because of that if I have a lie in, hence I usually forgo that and just get up and eat, stops the process in it's tracks.......

think you're probably right will get up and have breakfast instead of a lay in,
i'm normally up by 7.00 am to get my son up and take him to school just slipped up this morning as it's half term....
so much for me to learn still about diabetes.

To place something in your signature area at the bottom of a post you need to go to:
User Control Panel
Click on Profile
Click on Edit signature.

Add the details then remember to click on Submit.
The details will then appear in ALL the posts you make. :)
No links to websites, other Fora or Blog's are permitted though.

Hmmm I had the exact same reading this morning after a late sleep (10am) :shock: But it setteled down again after I had some scrambled eggs and turkey bacon 8)
