    Hi guys,

Have tried a great side dish today :)

ok so, cut the cauliflower in to small florets

in a big bowl put a little flour ( I did use plain for this but a lot less than I would normally I guess other flour would work too?) mix into a batter with water.

Throw florets in and coat lightly and tip on to an oiled baking sheet.

have the oven on full whack too.

    bake cauliflower for 15 mins

    prep the hot sauce:

in a small saucepan heat some oil and put 4 tbsp. hot sauce (as much as you can handle) on a low heat with a splash of vinegar and soy sauce.

let it bubble gently for a min or two and take off heat and add to clean large bowl.

3 mins before cauliflower is done toss in hot sauce and put back in.

I added peanut dip too with a tbsp. of peanut butter, 1tsp agave nectar, splash of soy sauce and ginger paste with a little warm water to make it into a dip.

they taste lovely hot :) hope you like it and the ingredients I had at home made it suitable for vegans too!
