So I adore hot chocolate and at the moment I do treat myself to an Options hot choc made with water and a spoonful of cream added and it doesn’t impact my Blood sugar.
I like the idea of the velvetiser and wondered if anyone had used one and made it with plant milk/cream and dark chocolate flakes and if it had any impact on your blood sugar.
I know everyone is individual but it seems a lot of money to pay out, if I’m not going to be able to use it if it impacts my blood sugars.
