How do you get ethical approval from this website please?

Hi Everyone, Its great to see all the different types of research going on. I am struggling to find out how I might go about getting ethical approval from this website to go towards my masters research degree. I would like to conduct a on-line questionnaire targeting type 1 adults. Can anyone help?
