I am a Catering Manager working at a busy holiday park.I was diagnosed as Type 1 in February after months of feeling unwell and losing 2 stone in weight.I often work at different times ranging from 8am to 2am.I am constantly on the go doing different things and find it really hard to judge my insulin dose as my energy expenditure and meal times are always different. When diagnosed I had a BG of 27 and Hbac1 of 17.My last one Hbac1 was 8 and sugars are getting better.Anyone any tips on juggling work with diabetes.
