Since i found this site i've took all the great advise and a week ago i started with low carbs and testing myself,but my bg when i test is average 10.5 only once it was 5.7 in the afternoon and mostly between 10.5 to 14.5 and i test at the same times,how long does it take to start seeing my bg tests come down ? shan x
