    I was only 25 when I was diagnosed with T2. Youngest I've heard of.
    Sucks. Should have taken the warning signs.

    Hi there . I am 27 and was diagnosed with type 1 when I was 24. Massive shock but with little adjustments overtime I have got the hang of managing it I think ! Last Hba1c 6.4, was very happy that day !!!

    Age 65, diagnosed T2 3 years ago..No meds, trying to control with diet. Slipped a bit recently so concentrating on lchf to regain control.

    Age 50 diagnosed 37 years ago, in hospital on my 13th birthday, not much fun but have made up for it :)

    Do you ever just read someones comment about the year of diagnosis and think, “woah, that’s so long, (I mean 37 is not the longest I’ve seen but when you see it; you are like Oh My Goddd!!!! That is so long. Lol, hope yous understand. Like beings diabetic for that long I don’t feel like I can do it. But I know I will. It’s when you look at the number and take a breath.

    You’ve did so well. I hope diabetes treated you well. @youngl31

    I’m coming up 13years 9months.
