I am taking Humulin M3 twice daily (5 units a.m., 6 units p.m.). I am going out to dinner - do I take it be&ore I leave the house or take it with me and take it at the restaurant? Quite new to insulin, which has been very successful.

Hi @Sharlily , welcome to the forum.

How long before your dinner do you usually take your insulin?
I would aim for the same time between injection and dinner as you usually do, and simply inject wherever you are at that time.
