- Spicey food, taxi drivers, hypos & hypers, pigeons, hospitals, dentists, my GP, my ****** immune system.
Ok this is kind of embarrassing but I need advice. Every time my sugar spikes, no matter if I get my blood glucose levels down again a couple of hours later, I end up with the most awful wind for the rest of the day if not longer!
I've been type 1 for 15 years but this has only starting happening in the last couple of years and I've no idea why. I also go between constipation and diarrhea quite a lot too even when my bg levels are relatively normal. I've also become intolerant to cows milk the last year as well.
Any help / advice would be much appreciated.
