things have slipped a bit
after getting off meds and having good control things started to slide
stopped checking bloods and then started to have the odd treat to the cake what cake never seen a cake
today 103.0 OR 11.6% back on meds 4x metaform but on the plus side i got a meter and strips for the first time ever
