Type 1 I'm Moving To England, What Do I Need To Get Prescriptions

Hello, I'm going to uni (probably in Leicester) and I wanna move this or next month. The problem is that I don't know what to do with insulin and all the pump accessories. Basically, I have no idea what I should bring with me (from Poland). As far as I know I can register to a local GP without bigger problems (I'm gonna work and study so I will have the NHS) but I guess he won't give me a prescription just like that. I know I need to go to a specialist and I think get some sort of confirmation that I have diabetes. I just don't know what I need to give that specialist. I think he would need some confirmation or history of my diabetes or something so that I don't have to go through all of the tests at hospital again.
Can it be something from my Polish GP or does it have to be from a specialist and what exactly does it have to be?
It's difficult to find any answers on the internet. I thought about calling some surgery and asking but I don't even know what to ask about.
I have some paper from my GP that allows me to have insulin and pump things in my luggage on the plane. My GP won't give me much insulin so I will have enough for less than a month probably.
Thank you in advance if anyone can help :)

Thanks! It helped but now I see that I have another problem. My last summary is from 2017, nothing's really changed but how am I supposed to have a 12 week supply? My gp won't give me that much.
