does all diabetics suffer from infection on there genitils because thats what happens to me all the time can anyone help please

Simple answer NO! And there is no need to suffer.

High BG's = possible yeast infections = thrush

Keep the BG's as low as possible and visit GP for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan with meds. After that you may find Cuticura medicated talc after your daily bath could make all the difference.

I suffered thrush for years before diagnosis - GP put it down to my hysterectomy!!
Since I've started to reduce my BG levels, after diagnosis as Type 2 in May, I get through half as much Canestan cream as I used to :) QED - high BG's = thrush!
Canestan can be expensive, so in between applications I also use Suducrem (often used for nappy rash!) to relieve the itching.
