Inspiring Event

    Hi
    I am doing an inspiring event for teenagers with diabetes in Essex. This event is completely free but you need to sign up. The will be talks from Gavin Griffiths who has run 30 miles every day for 30 days. A kitesurfer, member of flying with diabetes, someone who has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, there will be a special video from Joe Solo who has lived with diabetes for over 50 years, also a very special video from Team Novo Nordisk.

    30 miles everyday for 30 years? Wouldn't that mean he's runs for 5-6 hours a day? Presumably resting for the rest of the day? Lol what is he gonna talk about? Hehe, just playing vmgl with the event :)
