Insulin dose for protein/fat?

    @LionChild my experience is you only need to dose for protein if you eat no or few carbs.
    And that is not just animal protein. If I snack on nuts, I need to bolus. Unless it’s fruit and nuts. Then I only bolus for the carbs.
