Having to forswear foods I have loved all my life.
Trying to find low carb meals when eating out.
For anyone in the Ipswich area of Suffolk.

The launch meeting for the Ipswich Diabetes Support Group (organised with Diabetes UK) will be on Thursday 26th March.

These meetings are very useful. We get about 50 at the Hounslow meetings.

We will get at least 10 (if all the committee turn up). :)
