joining a local group

Hi,
I'm Roger I'v had type 1.5 and treat it with insulin four times daily for thirteen years.
I help run a local diabetic group Welwyn Garden City and area and are on the lookout for more members.We meet every 3rd wednesday at the post graduate centre QE2 Hostpital WGC .Its free and you meet other diabetes sufferers.We usually have a speaker talk to us on the subject we have coffee mornings, socials,and fund raising getogethers.Any body out there interested.I will be pleased to meet you.thanks.

Hi Roger,

Is your group open to parents? I am from WGC and my daughter was diagnosed 3 months ago at the QE11. Would really be interested in the group, but I am not a diabetic myself, just care for my daughter who is 8 and has Type 1.
