Just Starting Medication

i have no ill effects from metformin, i believe others do as does my daughter, she and others seem to cope better with a slow release version so if you get tummy problems there is an alternative, best of luck

Hello - I'm now on my second month's supply and have had no major side effects at all, not even the metallic taste. All the medications seem to list a huge number of possible side effects - some go away after a few weeks. I have to say that to date I feel that Metformin has really helped me return to normal. Good Luck I hope you find the same.
