Yes, Chinese omelette...They also put in curried rice as a filling with chicken, but obviously, we cannot have the rice. Yes same, we may as well do that with a delicious filling and use as a wrap. The coconut and 15 grams of butter in that recipe have to say was horrible lolIs it possible to make a thin flat omelette and use it as a wrap?
Some Asian dishes make these thin omelettes, roll them up and cut them into rounds to place on top as a kind of tasty garnish.
OMG I actually have all the ingredients for this in the larder - oh, apart from the sesame seeds and smoked salmon - I'm off to do a spot of BAKING!Have you tried flax seed bread?

has a kind of nutty taste and I guess a slight swiss roll consistency.. makes quite a good slice for a sandwich.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH......I just make low carb pancakes (eggs + philidelphia whisked vigorously, left to let air bubbles disipate and then fried, like pancakes) and use them as wraps for my packed lunches instead of sandwiches etc.

You're purposefully teasing me with your culinary delightsThey do turn out just like pancake/crepes so will likely disappoint any omelette desire, but the same batter poured in a muffin tin and baked make little fluffy, more noticably eggy, buns, that might satiate the omelette desire. But then I do love a mini crustless quiche, so I might be biased.
