    Fascinating, I'm not surprised that Keto can help mental illness, it's definitely lifted my spirits. I'm just surprised the medical world are taking so long to come to this conclusion..... oh wait... it must be because drugs are being dropped? Apologies for my cynicism.

    No need to apologise I'm afraid its fairly evident.. like treating kids with epilepsy with keto but only when all the drugs have proved ineffective.. and yes that's true! almost beyond belief.

    Wondering if people have seen the Meryl Streep film? 'First Do No Harm'.

    It's a true story about a little boy with bad epilepsy and how keto helped him. The film was directed by a professional film director Jim Abrahams, it was his little boy!
