Ketone reader

I tested my ketones as had high sugars due to working nights and have dry mouth came up as 1.4.. so obviously keeping an eye and following sick day rules. I have retested within an hour and it’s 0.2.
I presume I take the lower reading as I don’t feel very ill at all.. but never had such a difference and wasn’t sure they could vanish that quick

If I had such a large (percentage wise) drop in my BG, I would assume I had something on my fingers for the first reading.
I am not sure whether this is possible for ketones.
But, like you, I would take the lower reading.
