Iv just tested a friend and he had a reading of plus 4 ketones and hes not diabetic, what does this mean??? His sugars were 10.1 after eating a pizza????

just googled it quickly and it could be loads of things ranging from unimportant to serious, it may be nothing but the only person who will know will their g.p :?
