Hey... Does anybody have some easy meal ideas with this LcHf diet?

Slice some Duck, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Courgette, Bell Pepper, into bite-size pieces.

Throw into Wok, with lots of Oil.

Stir a bit.

Serve.

Even I find this one easy (and that's really saying something)
