Hi all, have not been around for some time,so greetings to all my pals on here! Pleased to see a clear and consicse explanation of removing starchy carbs and replacing with good fats on the news.Explanation backed up by Dr Aseem Malhotra who is an adviser to the National Obesity Forum.And the report included
a case study of a successful practitioner of LCHF now off meds!!
Obviously the BEEB then in the interests of balance had to wheel out a member of the dietary establishment, to shoot this down.
But hey a small move in the right direction.
I think that enough of us are now pushing against the monolith......it is starting to sway just a little.
