liver dumping

    so how do stop or deal with liver dumping? i cycle to work and its quite intensive so my levels go up to about 11 and stay there for a couple of hours. what can i do to combat this? Any ideas? thanks

    can you give more info...? eg what your bg is beforehand, what insulins you are on and when you take them, what carbs you are eating before you cycle etc. Are you hypo'ing during the cycle ride?
    Could be that you just aren't taking enough insulin before you cycle so your body thinks you don't have enough sugar (coz it can't use the sugar sloshing about in your blood).
