Looking for good calorie and carb calculator

I am hoping someone will be able so suggest a decent but free online calorie and carb checker/calculator. Having looked at a few already tonight which needed registration to access then discovered they were no use to me. I want to calculate the calorie and carbohydrate values of ingredients, real food. This in turn will enable me to calculate the meal's values. One website didn't even recognise eggs!

I also don't want a food diary as I write my own, nor a record of diet and exercise as I have designed my own tailored spreadsheet.

Any suggestions?
