The meal plans at the back are divided into low-carb and higher-carb, but even the higher one has a total of under 70g carbs per day (with 3 meals). The low carb ones vary from 31 to 41g. I have never properly counted my daily carbs so it would be interesting to work out what I’m actually getting. I do eat some small amounts of higher carb foods depending on how the rest of the day’s food has been or will be, but I’m finding that as time goes on I’m less drawn to these, which is making things easier!
