Low carb noodles and rice

Hi

Has anybody tried the Bare Naked Foods line of noodles or rice? If so, how do they compare to the real thing? The carb rating is really low for both.

They look amazing - costly, but amazing. I guess since they are so specialised, they can charge a premium for the product. Am interested to know what affect they have on T1 diabetic bg levels.

You can make your own noodle pasta lasagna sheets
Chickpea flour and LC gluten powder

There are different brands out there - at differing prices.
Holland and Barrett sometimes do special offers which are good deals, and I have bought in bulk (20 packs at a time) off the internet. Just google konjac noodles till u find them.

Seems barmy to pay the normal high prices if you don't have to.
