About the Low Carb Program:

Low-Carb Program, launched on World Diabetes Day 2015, marks a huge step, providing a step-by-step guide to reducing your carbohydrate intake, along with a wide variety of low-carb recipes and resources.
The key is practice (or
experience) - and weekly action points help you to make gradual steps to better health. You can track the changes and learn at your own pace, in your own time.
Type 2 diabetes can be (in many cases) placed under control with diet. We welcome anyone and everyone with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and anyone else to join and for those with questions, to ask them in the
