low carb stroganoff and cauliflower rice

so i thought i would share made it today
and it really is filling and nice

I have a similar recipe with sour cream and add a bit of fresh parsley too; I've made it with pork fillet and with strips of turkey breast, and I reckon chicken would definitely be good too. No cauli rice though just green beans or broccoli.
