    hey,

I'm so fed up of eating bread. I eat pb on toast for breakfast which works really well on my blood sugars but then I'm so unimaginative I eat a sandwich again for lunch. I'm so bored of bread lunch has become a chore. can anyone suggest some nice lunches? Child friendly as I have a 2 year old to feed too!

Are you testing your blood sugar levels - I very much doubt bread is doing them any good. It's lucky your fed up with bread it'll make it easier to give it up. Try peanut butter on a stick of celery instead.

Omelette (2- 3 eggs with a tbsp cream) with either cheese, spinach, ham or free choice of topping :D
