Just a (hopefully) quick question.
When 1st BS reading, ie after getting up, is high (8-10) is it best to omit breakfast or should I just have an apple, in the hope the apple kick starts the insulin production?
I take Glipizide 5mg when I get up, before breakfast; Glipizide 10mg before evening meal
I'm looking into whether this am high is due to too much food the evening before or due to Liver Dump but, in the meantime, I'd like to know what's the immediate best way to manage the am high, please?
