Whilst I know we're all doing our best to be our best in these bonkers time, I do appreciate a number are feeling the strain of being in lock-down.
Whether that means the lack of freedom to come and go, or physical interaction with friends, or seeing family, home schooling, working from home, not working or even seeing unusually much of family! I could go on, but whatever gets you, it's included.
