I saw the diabetic nurse last Wednesday and my latest result is 6.8she said if my next result is the same or lower, then she wants to stop the victoza and metformin. I will be happy, then it will be diet only

It must feel really good to get that sort of positive reinforcement from your nurse about how well you're doing. You've done so well.

thank you, in the space of 21 months, I, ve got my levels down so much, never ever thought I would get to possibly stopping diabetic med so quickly. It's all help from advice from the lovely members here
