Miaomiao Disconnected with no success to reconnect

Good day all, my son Miaomiao was working normally for almost a month and for some reason the Miaomiao disconnect and started to flash red light and refused to reconnect to the Tomato App and it doesent read the sensor any more, we did reset the Miaomiao several times, we unbinded the device from the Tomato App and rebinded them again with no success, any body know a way to solve that problem??

I have had the same problem with the miaomiao 2.
Initially I got it to work well with my Android Wear watches but the battery only lasted 8 days (was really really useful in that time) but after the 1st battery recharge it now will not connect to anything, smartphone nor smart watches. The unit seems ok I have tried to reset it and get the correct light flash but it is now useless.
So £100 down the pan because their customer support does not exist.
I can only advise people to avoid this product because it seems to be very very badly flawed and not worthy of anyone's hard earned cash.
As you can probably gather I am very unhappy with my experience of the mioamio 2 device.
