Just looked this up and found that lacto free, ie Lactaid comes out at 13grms per cup against semi fat milk which comes out at 11.42 per cup, but thanks anyway noblehead
What context for the milk? I use coconut milk, but it's not to everyone's taste and I couldn't imagine using it in say, tea, if that's where you add your milk.
We don't have much milk but l like a mug of goats milk before bed. If l have exercised l have my milk with protein powder mixed into it post exercise. I am not keen on coconut in general and l am allergic to soya milk (it is to concentrated for me)
I also drink unsweetened almond milk but it doesn't taste the same as regular milk and doesn't really work in tea or coffee...it has to be cream in coffee
