I asked if anyone knew about this as a 'treatment' some weeks back, but most people who responded didn't really know. I am interested in finding out more. There are books, but I am wondering about courses? I have T2 and go through periods of poor sleep and feel like the living dead at these times. It is a complicated illness with so many potential side effects and can get one down at times especially as others do not understand. Don't get me wrong most of the time I remain upbeat and positive. My husband has a much worse long term illness and I know I shouldn't let DB get me down, but even he has little understanding of why I cannot get up and get going as soon as my feet hit the ground and that I have days when everything takes so much effort. If I cannot change others opinions then I think changing my own through some thing ljke mindfulness would benefit us all

I've found mindfulness very useful. I know you asked about courses, but I would recommend the book by Drs Mark Williams and Danny Penman https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mindfulness-practical-guide-finding-frantic/dp/074995308X, which has a DVD of guided meditations. You can also download the meditations: http://franticworld.com/free-meditations-from-mindfulness/There are books, but I am wondering about courses?
