it seems to be generally accepted that dropping bodyfat helps lower blood sugar levels ?
would it also be true that increasing your lean muscle mass has a benefit too ? does the increased muscle mass enable your body to use more of any sugar present in your blood ? or is there a lot more to it than this ?
