soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I've been feeling better today. Not so down. I have decided to try to get off all medication. I'm sure I can. I exercise and I do have some Insulin production still, 5 1/2 years after diagnosis. QAnd most of the time I can stick to the diet.
today
Breakfast
1 cup of tea, semi skimmed milk
6 slices polish sausage delicious from LIDL
Mid morning
I cup coffee, with Cream! watching the rest of my exercise class eating cream buns! I didn't even get a taste
Lunch
2 egg omelette with ham
cucumber salad with oil and balsamic dressing most of it stayed in the bowl
Afternoon
4 squares black chocolate The thin stuff ( I couldn't get my overlocker to behave itself for the mending jobs I need to do and I got pretty frustrated
cup of coffee
dinner
Savoury mince and brussells sprouts
Total carbs NOT MUCH!

Hi man,

There are many kinds of diseases in our body. Diabetes is one of them. Every day many people face this problem. Its create many kinds of diseases like high passer. Walking is great excesses for diabetes.
