Diabetes?
Alright guys,

I am seriously considering getting some vitamin supplements to help in my low-carb diet. Firstly, I was looking at the back of some Centrum Advanced and they don't list any 'carbs per tablet'. Similarly, I couldn't notice any "-ose"s (what's the other one to look out for?) These are't gonna give me a nasty shock, are they? Secondly, if anyone knows of any vitamins that are particularly good in supplementing a low-carb diet, please speak up. Thanks!

Hi Acron,

I believe Centrum was designed as a vitamin supplement specifically for people on a low or reduced carb diet and it therefore contains little or no carbs. Unfortunately, because of the bitter taste of many natural minerals and vitamins, sweeteners are often added to make multivit tablets more palatable.
