Hi Everyone

My name is James and I am a Type 1 Diabetic and have been since I was 3. I am now 12. I am also a Coeliac.

I am new to this Forum so be patient with me not sure if I have posted this in the right section. I am wondering what muscle rub I can use as I have a muscle strain on my thigh due to football. Can anyone help.

Hi Stoney,
I have a son Andrew, who is almost 11yrs old, T1 and also Coeliac, just thought i'd welcome you to the forum and say hi. Not sure about the muscle rub, but we have plenty of sporty types here that i'm sure will be along shortly to give you some help and advice,
