Hello and welcome to the forum @Margaret Gilian Sorry you're not well. Any infection will raise your blood sugar, and for some people Covid vaccinations also raise their bloods.

Are these readings from a cgm or a finger prick test, as cgm's will generally read a lot higher than the actual level, when your blood sugar is mid teens and above.

It's against forum rules to give dosing advice, as we're not medically trained, but with levels this high please contact 111 straight away and get their advice, especially as you're on a mixed insulin. Do you have any way of checking for ketones?

Do let us know how you are, and if you start being sick, or generally unwell (in addition to the uti) please don't wait but go to A&E as you may have DKA which needs urgent treatment.
