Hi, I started a Libre 2 sensor on Friday, everything has been working fine but I have now had 2 hypos and my alarms haven't alerted me. My phone signal is good and I've been checking all my settings. Have anyone had the same problem. By the way I have a Samsung phone( not sure if that makes any difference). Please help!!!

The Diabetic team got me to download the app while I was there and they set my blood glucose as 5 for the low reading and 13 for the high reading. There should be an alarms section in the Freestyle Libre app. It should be underneath the logbook. Maybe turn the alarms off and then back on again or see if the app need updated.
