Necrobiosis lipoidica

I think I have this on my left shin (always my left leg at the moment). It started 14 months ago when I had the foot abscess and the lymphatics spread junk up my leg. Never really settled and I thought initially it was psoriasis (strong family history of it). Using various creams that seem to help after a few days eg E45, body shop hemp hand cream, neutragena foot cream.

Anybody got this? Any advice wellcome.

Its not bad. Not itchy. About 3x4 cm. They can sometimes ulcerate, Doesn't really worry me.
