FOOTBALL. MY husband is a sports fanatic and watches everything. Most i can put up with just not football.
Hi, Yesterday i had my first hypo as a diabetic. I used to have non diabetic ones and dealt with them. This time it has scared me because we have meds to take and you cant stop taking them. For the last week i have had good control on my sugar levels around 5.ish. The only difference with yesterday was i missed my dinner. I also didn't sleep very well thinking i would have one in my sleep and wont wake up. I have read on the forum about people having hypos at night. What do i do to stop it happening in the first place?

Hi
I hope you have a blood testing machine, if you have testing your sugar before bed would be the best idea, other wise have a small snack, like a few nuts, slice of bread which have carbohydrates in them.
Hope this helps.
We are here to advice, but only by experience
Take care
Tracey
