Consider Press ups. They don't take long and can be done anywhere. If I haven't be able to do any weight training or cycling during the day , a couple hundred press ups in the evening really keep the blood sugar down
similarly as to previous posts, HITT is quick and very effective, there is a corse of video workouts called "insanity" i think its 20 minutes a day and looks very good I've often given it a thought of trying it, you do it in front of the tv
I couple hundred!!!! I did 7 yesterday and was proud lol I also did 50 sit ups, 50 crunchs, 30 leg raises, 40s plank and 90 squats though..... Push ups are just so hard!!
i meant to reply to that too, sheeeesh thats a lot lol....its hurting me even trying to imagine that

You can start by doing them on your knees if you're finding it difficult. I watch TV whilst doing them. I can only do ~ 100 continuous press ups at the moment! Lowers my blood sugar better than a 10 km run
