Neuropathy and cold weather

this is an odd question, but does anybody know if this very cold weather aggravates neuropathy?
I have slight neuropathy sometimes in my left arm and left side of my face - generally pretty mild, and most of the time I'm hardly aware of it, but these days it's a bit worse. I've had to be out a lot in the very cold weather. My blood sugar is same as usual as far as I can see, morning readings in the 6s and no unusually high readings.

Cold does aggravate any nerve that is already compromised. Try to keep the part warm so that it does not get chilled, wooly hat,scarf etc.

i have neuropathy in my feet and legs and with this cold they have got a alot worse and found unable to got out has any body got any ideas how to in prove the circulation
