Neuropathy and cold weather

this is an odd question, but does anybody know if this very cold weather aggravates neuropathy?
I have slight neuropathy sometimes in my left arm and left side of my face - generally pretty mild, and most of the time I'm hardly aware of it, but these days it's a bit worse. I've had to be out a lot in the very cold weather. My blood sugar is same as usual as far as I can see, morning readings in the 6s and no unusually high readings.

Rude people! Not being able to do the things I want to do.
Cold does aggravate any nerve that is already compromised. Try to keep the part warm so that it does not get chilled, wooly hat, scarf etc.
